3-4 year old class

Thank you for your interest in my 3-4 year old preschool class. This class provides early childhood education and care for children to help them develop a range of skills that make them ready to learn when they start school. Together we learn The Pledge of Allegiance, Nursery Rhymes, Colors, Shapes, Calendar information, correct pencil grip and scissor hold along with, but not limited to the following areas:

Social Skills: developing an ability to empathize and interact successfully with their peers.

Enhancement of Gross and Fine Motor Skills: through interactive play I provide activities that will help them develop the appropriate skills to become more successful as they prepare for Kindergarten.

Letter Recognition: I provide fun activities to help in letter and sound recognition.

We will also celebrate ALL major holidays, and hold a fun “Moving Up” Graduation ceremony at the end of the School year.

4-5 year old class

Thank you for your interest in my 4-5 year old preschool program.

The curriculum taught in this class focuses on:

• The Alphabet letter and sound recognition.

• Numbers-Students are taught to recognize numbers 1-25

• Colors: Students are taught how to recognize, and spell each specific colors.

• Social Skills: developing an ability to empathize and interact successfully with their peers.

• Crafts

• The Pledge of Allegiance

• Nursery Rhymes

• Writing their own name

• Correct pencil and scissor hold

• Core strengthening activities

• Fine and Gross Motor Skill development and so much more.

We celebrate and learn about all major Holidays, and then all kids participate in a Graduation ceremony at the end of the school year.
